Our History
Since our founding in 1998 in Torreon, Coahuila, Human Staff has recruited, selected, and managed thousands of people throughout the national territory.
Human Staff is Born
Created to meet the staffing needs of companies in the 'La Laguna' area, comprising the cities of Torreon, Gomez Palacio, and Lerdo.
Growth in La Laguna
We established ourselves as experts in the recruitment, supply, and management of personnel to serve national and international clients in the 'La Laguna' area.
National Expansion
We expanded our services and coverage nationwide, opening offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey.
Promoter Project
We recruited and managed over 2000 promoters, being present in the largest retail chains in Mexico.
AMECH Association
We are members of the MEXICAN ASSOCIATION OF HUMAN CAPITAL COMPANIES.
Institutionalization
We unified processes, optimized operations, and implemented best practices for quality management.
Inauguration of BBVA Stadium
Participating in the inauguration and every game as a supplier of more than 1,500 collaborators for the sale of food and beverages within the stadium.
Mass Events
We collaborated by supplying and managing personnel for major events and entertainment venues such as Vive Latino, Pal Norte, Formula 1, Azteca Stadium, Akron Stadium, TSM Stadium, Banamex Auditorium, among others.
Labor Reform - Specialized Services
We obtained registration from the Ministry of Labor to provide Specialized Services (REPSE).
Specialized Services for Transportation
The dynamism of the cargo transportation sector and its 24/7 service placed us in the sights of national and international companies, providing our service with over 1,000 collaborators.

We met the requirements of the Ministry of Labor and received the renewal of the Registration as a specialized company (REPSE).
